近期，欧盟官网公布家用电器、电动工具和类似器具的电磁兼容骚扰要求标准EN IEC 55014-1:2021、抗干扰标准EN IEC 55014-2:2021、每相输入电流小于等于16A的设备谐波电流发射限值标准EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019+A1:2021。更新后注意事项、实施日期及新旧版本主要差异如下。

EN IEC 55014-1:2021家用电器、电动工具和类似器具的要求（第一部分）
标准更新注意事项
最新版家用电器、电动工具和类似器具的要求（第一部分）标准EN IEC 55014-1:2021于2021年3月正式发布，已于2021年9月26日开始正式实施。之前的版本EN 55014-1:2017/A11:2020目前仍然有效，并将于2023年10月12日之后失效。
The latest version of EN IEC 55014-1:2021 was released in March 2021. It is effective from Sep.26, 2021. And the standard EN 55014-1:2017/A11:2020 will be withdrawn on Oct. 12, 2023.

标准更新注意事项
EN IEC 55014-1:2021和EN 55014-1:2015/A11:2020的差异主要有：
1）新标准中扩展了1GHz以上辐射测试频率范围；
2）新标准中修改了和增加了特定的测试条件（如机器人设备）；
3）新标准中引入了利用感应电能传输技术的设备附加要求；
4）新标准从参考文本中删除了基于统计评估方法的符合性要求；
5）新标准修改了喀呖声分析，尤其是与观察时间的确定和不同喀呖声分析仪上四分位法的应用相关的。
The main updates in EN IEC 55014-1:2021
1) Extension of the frequency range for radiated measurements above 1 GHz.
2) Revision of general test conditions and addition of new specific test conditions (e.g. for robotic equipment).
3) Introduction of additional requirements for equipment making use of inductive power transfer.
4) Remove from the normative text any compliance requirement based on statistical evaluation.
5) Revision of clicks analysis, with particular relevance to the determination of the observation time and the application of the upper quartile method for different types of click analysers.

标准更新注意事项
最新版家用电器、电动工具和类似器具的要求（第二部分）标准EN IEC 55014-2:2021于2021年3月正式发布，已于2021年9月26日开始正式实施。之前的版本EN 55014-1:2015目前仍然有效，并将于2023年10月05日之后失效。
The latest version of EN IEC 55014-2:2021 was released in March 2021. It is effective from Sep.26, 2021. And the standard EN 55014-2:2015 will be withdrawn on Oct.05, 2023.

EN IEC 55014-2:2021和EN 55014-2:2015的差异主要有：

2) An advanced categorisation of equipment.
3) Revision of general test conditions and addition of new specific test conditions (e.g. for robotic equipment).
4) Clarification of requirements applicable to equipment incorporating radio functions.
5) Addition of requirements for wired network ports.
6) Revision of definitions and addition of new ones.
7) Delete requirements referring to statistical evaluation.

EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019/A1:2021输入电流每相不大于16A的设备的谐波电流要求
标准更新注意事项
最新版输入电流每相不大于16A的设备的谐波电流标准EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019/A1:2021于2021年4月正式发布，已于2021年10月09日开始正式实施。之前的版本EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019目前仍然有效，并将于2024年4月09日之后失效。
The latest version of EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019/A1:2021 was released in April 2021. It is effective from Oct.09, 2021. And the standard EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019 will be withdrawn on Apr.09, 2024.

标准更新注意事项
EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019/A1:2021和EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019的差异主要有：
1）新标准将IEC 61000-3-2表2中的“30*λ”替换为“27”；
2）新标准把主要功能为展览的灯具归类为Class A设备；
3）新标准修改了条款6.2中的“控制方法”；
4）新标准修改了灯具控制器的测试条件（B.5.3 和 B.5.4）；
5）新标准定义了微波炉更精准的测试条件。
The main updates in EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019/A1:2021
1) Modification of Table 2 of IEC 61000-3-2 by replacing “30*λ” by “27”.
2) Classification of appliances whose primary function is to present lighting devices for exhibition purposes as Class A equipment.
3) Revision of 6.2 “control methods”.
4) Modification of test conditions for luminaires and lighting control gear (B.5.3 and B.5.4).
5) Defining more precise test conditions for micro wave ovens.
